Minneapolis Party Bus FAQ

Many of our new customers seem to have the same questions for us when booking their first party bus trip, so we thought we'd include a few of those questions and answers right here for you.

Q: "What days of the year are your buses not available?"

A: Our buses operate seven days a week, 365 days per year. That means that you can reserve our buses any day of the year and any time of day. Of course we do have busier times of the year, such as New Year's Eve, when we are likely to be booked far in advance, so we recommend that you call us as early as possible. We do our best to accommodate any last minute bookings, but planning ahead will allow for a greater selection of available vehicles and be less stressful for you.

Q: "If we keep the party bus past the agreed time, will we be charged additional fees?"

A: Any costs of overages will be billed at the hourly rate agreed upon in your rental contract. We do not have outrageous charges for going over time. You'll be billed for the exact amount of hours that you keep the bus, even if you go over by a drastic amount. If you're having fun and want to stay longer, then we want you to have fun and stay longer! Keep in mind, however, that the ability to go past your scheduled time is based on the availability, so if you think your might need more time we urge you to schedule it when you first book.

Q: "What areas do you service in the Minneapolis area? Will you travel outside the Minneapolis area?"

A: The primary areas that we service are listed on our service area page, and you'll find that we frequently travel to several cities and even other counties, including Carver, Dakota, Scott, and Wright Counties, just to name a few. However, we will travel outside the area for special requests. Note that there may be additional fees for certain extended travels, but don't worry, we'll make sure you're aware of that when we give you your quote.

Q: "Is smoking allowed on the bus?"

A: We're sorry, but we do not allow smoking on any of our vehicles.

Q: "Is drinking allowed on the bus, and will alcohol be provided by your company?"

A: Drinking is allowed on the bus, but the law does not allow us to provide it to you, so you will have to bring it yourself. We do however provide ice and plastic cups for you, and with our built-in bar and cooler, you'll really be bar tending in style!

We've done our best to include the questions that our customers usually ask when calling, but if we somehow missed yours, please give us a call at the number at the top of this page or shoot us an email and we'll be happy to address any questions or concerns that you may have. You can reach us any time, 24 hours per day!
