Many of our new customers seem to have the same questions for us when booking their first party bus trip, so we thought we'd include a few of those questions and answers right here for you.
Q: "Are your company and your buses licensed and insured?"
A: Of course. We staff only professionally licensed chauffeurs who have passed our strict criteria and testing, and we are insured to the fullest extent of the law. We keep our buses maintained exquisitely as well. You can rest assured knowing you are in good hands with Party Bus Minneapolis.
Q: "What days of the year are your buses not available?"
A: Our buses operate seven days a week, 365 days per year. That means that you can reserve our buses any day of the year and any time of day. Of course we do have busier times of the year, such as New Year's Eve, when we are likely to be booked far in advance, so we recommend that you call us as early as possible.
Q: "If we keep the party bus past the time we said we'd bring it back, will we be charged additional fees?"
A: There will never be any additional fees beyond the normal hourly rate that we agreed to at booking. You'll be billed for the exact amount of hours that you keep the bus, even if you go over by a drastic amount. If you're having fun and want to stay longer, then we want you to have fun and stay longer!
Q: "What are the areas that you service within the Minneapolis area? Will you travel outside of the Minneapolis area?"
A: The primary areas that we service are listed right here, but we have been known to travel outside the area for special requests. Note that there may be additional fees for traveling more than 50 miles outside of Minneapolis.
Q: "Is smoking allowed on the bus?"
A: We're sorry, but we do not allow smoking on the bus.
Q: "Is drinking allowed on the bus, and will alcohol be provided by your company?"
A: Drinking is allowed on the bus, but the law does not allow us to provide it to you, so you will have to bring it yourself. We do however provide ice and plastic cups for you, and with our built-in bar and cooler, you'll really be bartending in style!
